We started working with Delaney Marling Partnership (DMP) in 2012, after meeting on the networking circuits, when the Directors had recognised the value in telling the story of DMP through the power of the media.
As a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors, the Directors of DMP understand the value of an integrated approach to marketing, making time for networking, using social media, keeping the website up-to-date, newsletters and exposure in traditional media; newspapers, magazines, and broadcast channels.
ENHANCING CREDIBILITY THROUGH PUBLICITY
From a PR point of view, DMP is a dream to work with as the projects they deliver provide excellent subject matter. For example; The Rank House, birthplace of J. Arthur Rank, owned by Probe (Hull) Limited gained lots of support from the public and Burnsy from BBC Radio Humberside who started his own campaign to bring the property back to life. This and a number of other properties for Probe received regular, local and regional coverage.
Simon Delaney is the Building Surveyor at Beverley Minster. He manages a small maintenance team who look after the fabric of the building. We have generated widespread media coverage with BBC Radio Humberside, BBC Look North, commercial radio stations, local newspapers and online news sites as well as The Journal which is a lifestyle magazine covering Hull and East Yorkshire.
DMP is also managing a ten year maintenance programme at the Northern Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA) and Divine Clark PR is covering progress on this amazing building which has stayed open to students throughout the works, thanks to advice from DMP.
