Public Speaking Workshop with Steve With One Arm

At a Business Culture Hull event at Tech Week Humber in November, the guest speaker, Steve Robinson shared his inspirational story with over 100 people. So impressed with his delivery and the way he made each person feel like he was speaking to them alone, the team at Divine Clark PR asked Steve to help with public speaking training.
Jess Clark, Director of Divine Clark PR explains:
"Steven is the best public speaker I’ve ever seen. So, taking his advice to never miss an opportunity, I asked if he would provide some training.
"For background, Steve lost his right arm in a tragic accident but says he would have given his right arm again for the life he now has. He has led a full life of adventure and describing his time since the accident which includes learing to fly a plane amongst many other task, he firmly believes that anything is possible”.
"Putting our heads together, Divine Clark PR along with Steven Robinson will be hosting a public speaking workshop on 16th February at Tranby."
Numbers are limited to 10 - which makes a suitable audience for some vital exposure therapy.
The workshop will include:
How to make a positive impact
Awareness of your own body language & how to read others
The power and pain of eye contact
Speaking into a microphone
Personalised feedback
This one day workshop aims to make you a more confident and engaging public speaker. Steven will share his knowledge, experience, tips and tricks that have led him to inspire thousands of guests at his speaking events and led him to make guest appearances on Channel 4 with Davina McCall, The One Show, ITV News and more.
Please note, prior to the day we will ask you to prepare a topic that you feel passionate about, on a subject that you feel happy to share with the audience. This can be any subject, as long as it doesn’t make you too emotional!
Workshop fees are £260+VAT and include food and refreshments throughout the day. Terms and conditions will be provided upon booking.
